Monthly Rentals in Delaware

I enjoyed my stay at the Carriage Cottage. The apartment is in a great location. It is walking distance to shops and restuarants, but it was also really quiet. The apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is roomy and there is a great shower and lots of hot water. The living room has comfy furniture. I liked that there were lots of lamps and lights so I could adjust the light the way I wanted it, and there were plenty of windows when I wanted to let in the light from outside in the morning. I also appreciated that there is parking in the back right next to the entry door. It made loading and unloading really easy. The host was great at communicating. I will stay here again.

Absolutely loved the spot. Great location for an OWU alumni to take trip down memory lane. The apartment was super comfy. And the hosts were very accommodating. Would recommend!

This is a great place to stay if you are staying in Delaware for a University or business function. For me, everything was within walking distance and Karah's instructions for check in / check out were clear and complete. The unit is very clean and organized, with new or nearly new appliances, bathroom amenities and linens. I will stay here again the next time I am in Delaware.
