I loved the house. we came in from Pittsburgh for a concert and stayed at this one of a kind gem. I like how there's so much to do around and the home felt exclusive. Be prepared to do some climbing up and down the stairs. overall a great place. The art outside was a plus. 10 out of 10

This was our second time staying at Evelyn's place. Evelyn goes above and beyond to make the place feel welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the house had everything we could have wanted in a home away from home.

Our 4th stay at Lyle’s and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! The location is ideal and the fenced in yard is perfect for our dog and kids. We always feel right at home here and Lyle is the best host! He’s responsive, kind and proactive. Love that the location is away from the main strip of Jim Thorpe but still so close to everything. We’ll be back again (and again and again)!

Caterina’s place was perfect for our overnight stay. Our dog loved the large and secure yard and we like the old home charm. We found a parking spot right in front of the house, and we felt that the road was not very busy. Caterina was very responsive, and had left many thoughtful treats for everyone. Will stay with her again.

The home was great for our group of 13. Hot tub and pool table were great to have and there was plenty of spaces to convene all together for games.

The house had historic charm. The host was very responsive and overall it was just an easy stay. Originally, I was slightly concerned about the temperature request, but I never even had to do anything so that worked out great. The house is clean and it was very easily accessible to everything we needed. The view was amazing and there was adequate parking.

This is our second time staying at this house. The location can't be beat. My family and I always felt very safe, the area is walkable for terrific restaurants. The private parking is a wonderful addition. Stephen and Kyra are great to work with. Highly recommend! We will be back.

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 kids. The place was great and walking distance to places like fishtown, northern liberties, old Kensington. Lots of great coffee shops, playgrounds, and an acme around the corner

Our group could not have been more impressed! This was one of our top experiences! Melissa was always very quick to answer questions. They have a FAQ video that was SUPER helpful. The house was perfect! The large dining table and chairs was one of the big selling points! You don't find many houses that can accommodate 17 people at one time. We loved their attention to detail by labeling where everything was in the kitchen! Even the bedrooms had name tags on them. They had QR codes you could scan in case you needed to know how to use the heating, ac, or hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious! They even included a laundry kit for us. The multiple decks allowed our large group to enjoy the back yard together. We spent hours in the game room. The kitchen included everything we needed! The 2 full size refrigerators was a big PLUS! The cost was VERY reasonable! They really seem to care about their guests and seem to have thought of everything! We will return!

This place is a 10/10. It had so much fun stuff to do in the house that we didn’t even need to leave! I definitely want to book again in the summer so we can enjoy the hammock and the fire pit, unfortunately it was raining and snowed. But it was still a blast! I loved it!

House as described, so you get what you expected. I spent three night with my wife and 4 kids, we loved and enjoy this place but the weather was so cold outside so we had to look for indoor activities for kids to play, so we went to NOVA Trampoline Park (50 min) Drive but was worth it. also there are Walmart 20 min drive from this house we bought whatever we need to cook. we did enjoyed the BBQ and the Hot tub. the house so clean and the host Peter is great. this community doesn't have any indoor pool or gym or soccer playground that's why we went to NOVA Trampoline spent few hours there they have indoor soccer field with is my favorites' kids activities.

The place was great as described, had a very nice quite environment. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and ready to use. We had s lot of fun in the game room and the kitchen and living room was perfect space for our friends and family to use.

The house was full of delightful character and the peaceful surroundings felt magical. We felt right at home and enjoyed our family gatherings there. Thank you, Joe, for opening your lovely home to us!

This is my first Airbnb review, despite how many properties I’ve stayed in. I feel compelled to write because David was amazing. Super accommodating, beautiful property and that hot tub was perfect! He was very responsive, helpful and kind. I would totally stay at this property again. And thanks to the property manager, Don, who was totally amazing as well. I loved every minute of it.

We stayed at this property for a weekend getaway. We liked it.The house had everything we needed for our stay. Our dog loved the backyard. She wouldn’t come inside the house. We had a great stay. It was just what we needed for a weekend away from the City. The house was clean, the fenced in yard was great for the dog, hot tub was really nice, and the fire pit was great for a chilly night. We felt right at home and would definitely stay again. Fantastic stay!! Home is unique and spacious. Great common areas but the layout of the house also allows for some privacy if someone wants to go to bed early, nap etc. which was ideal for our family. Outdoor space is beautiful! lots of wildlife to admire. Fishing ponds were the highlight of my 15yr olds stay. He caught perch, brook trout, brown trout and rainbows! We all had a blast and can’t wait to go back! Did a few day excursions to Jim Thorpe, Hickory Run and a few other stops, all a quick trip from ‘home’! Gary was attentive and extremely welcoming! Great host!

It was a quaint stay peaceful I got some really good rest. Enjoyed the scenery see a ton of deer along my weekend stay and in the area. Definitely worth it. Extremely clean, pristine on cleanliness. Had an issue with the shower, but it was because I had no idea how to use it. The owner contacted me let me know exactly how to use it. Definitely responsive and extremely sweet. Thank you Andrea
