Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Countryside getaways

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The newly renovated and modern furnished apartment on the first floor invites you to linger. The apartment can accommodate up to three people and has a fully equipped kitchen. The back door next to the kitchen leads directly to the outdoor area, where you can linger and also a grill is available. A spacious bed of 1.8 x 2 m, as well as a pull-out couch invite you to stay overnight.

A countryside vacation with alpacas

On the farm live my 9 + 6 year old daughters, me, 2 cats, some rabbits and alpacas. In the large garden there is a small sandbox, a swing, a trapeze, a trampoline and various seating areas. You can slow down and relax. It's an old yard where there's always a lot to do. Weeds do not bother us We are cosmopolitan and tolerant and wish this from the guests as well. There is a bed flat rate in cash (€10 per night) to be paid on site.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

Your area is located on the 1st floor of a half-timbered house from 1850. You enter the apartment through a half-timbered hallway, from which a kitchen also leads off. The room has just been newly renovated and has all amenities, a large box spring bed, a 55-inch TV and a pull-out dining table/work table. Behind the bedroom is the Mediterranean bathroom, which has a corner bathtub and shower.

Our apartment 2 dwarf has a size of 41 sqm, which is spread over three rooms and bathroom. The well-equipped apartment is very suitable for two people. When arriving by car, a private parking space is available free of charge. The intermediate space leads to the living room equipped with a cozy couch and a 60-inch TV. Here you can end a busy day comfortably.
