Very nicely located, quiet, newly furnished apartment 3 km from Alfeld with good train connections to Hannover/Messe. Approx. 50 m² with private entrance and large, sunny terrace, bedroom (two single beds), combined kitchen/living room (fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher) with sofa bed (140 x 200 bed surface), bathroom with shower, private parking space, professional soccer table, outdoor roller shutters. Alfeld train station is 3.5 km away and can be reached by car in about 5 minutes (sufficient, free parking).

Our guest apartment is located in Hemmendorf in a quiet location on the outskirts. Please do not smoke on the property! There are numerous recreational facilities in the area. In the neighbouring village of Salzhemmendorf, the Ith-Sole-Therme, a wellness bath with a large sauna area, is located. There are a variety of shopping opportunities for everyday needs, several doctors and pharmacies, a hairdresser, a gas station, an indoor swimming pool and a riding facility. There is also a baker directly in Hemmendorf.

The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

The apartment is located on a property of the Hevensen estate. The apartment is 95 square meters and comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a large living and dining room. In this, there is also a workplace with a screen, keyboard and mouse (including HDMI cable) in a niche. The apartment is 3 km from the A7 (AS Nörten-Hardenberg). The nearest towns are Nörten-Hardenberg (5 km) and Hardegsen 3 km. Göttingen is about 13 km away.

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. Shops and restaurants are located in and around Bockenem. The Harz as well as the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.
