German Haus is a private rustic cabin with Queen bed, a twin daybed, kitchenette, 2 chairs, kitchen table, and shower bathroom. It's great for the outdoor type person. Equipped with local TV channels, DVD, MW, WIFI, coffee pot, tea pot, kitchen utensils, fridge, and eating table. RATE IS $99.00 FOR 2 PEOPLE/FEES NOT INCLUDED. DOGS ALLOWED @ $25 NIGHT PER DOG. We've raised a big family and now have several empty bedrooms in one end of our home. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 beds (2 king beds and 1 twin….also a fold up twin mattress for floor) a bathroom and a living room area. It's not fancy but clean and comfortable. . Breakfast is an option if I'm available and is requested ahead of time. We’re across the street from Lake Manitou. We’re also close to 2 golf courses. We are just a few miles from H.way 31. Oak Grove Place (2 King Beds) on 5 acres

Fully furnished, large country house. With beautiful country views. Large wrap around front Porch and back deck. Perfect for picnics or just relaxing. Ideal location for any size of family or group. Two king beds, one queen, one full size bed plus a queen sleeper couch to meet a large family needs. During winter months you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. Wood is provided. (For small groups that use no more than 1 bedroom please contact us for a special rate.)

The Upper Room

Enjoy a peaceful stay in the country, above the garage in our guest suite surrounded by fields of corn and soybeans. Décor of vintage airplanes and air travel fill the guest room.. Awaken to the sounds of abundant birds singing. In the evening, you can relax around the firepit. The suite was finished with repurposed barnboards, tin siding, and the old workbench was transformed to a bar countertop. An enclosed breezeway connects to the main house where the owners reside.

Country Cottage

Located in the peaceful countryside of Nappanee, enjoy this charming house which is less than 3 miles to the nearest town with grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The front porch is a lovely place to unwind and relax, weather it's after a day of work or play or then to sip your morning coffee, with the occasional passing of a horse and buggy on this country road. There is No smoking in the house or on the property. No pets allowed.

Rustic Lodge -Oak Tree Lodge

The Oak Tree Lodge is located in a country setting and offers a private lodge with an outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining. The former barn structure has been beautifully transformed in a rustic and comfortable lodge to rest, relax, and renew. We have renewed it into a fresh new life - as a lodge to invite friends and guests to enjoy and relax. The listed rate is for four people, and additional quests will be $25.00 per person.

Culver/Lake Max Home... In-Town & Close to Academy

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends? Let me know. Happy to be flexible with cleaning fees and unused mid-week days.

The cozy cottage

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, while close to napanee, goshen, and the toll road!! Almost no traffic on the road and lots of neighbors use it as their exercise path. A couple acres of woods to the south and rolling farmland to the north. No better place to tune out your crazy schedule and relax.
