My home is in a small quiet neighborhood just five minutes away from downtown and five minutes off the interstate. I am also 15 minutes from the horse park, airport and Keeneland. I will provide a bed, clean sheets, clean towels, bath soap, shampoo and some coffee to get you started for the day! You can use the kitchen, living room and laundry rooms as well. You may park in the driveway or on the street. Pets are welcome! I have a lab named Reesee who is in charge of greeting guests.

“Whenever family or friends visit us from out of town we ALWAYS recommend Annie’s. This time, however, we rented Annie’s for a different reason - we are moving out of state! My parents came to Lexington to help get ready for our move. After they left, my husband, dog, newborn and I stayed our last few nights as Lexington residents at Annie’s. We even hosted a few friends for a fire in the fire pit and socially distanced conversation and laughs before we moved. We love Annie’s place for a lot of reasons! The location is great: convenient to downtown, Keeneland, University of Kentucky, Southland area with delicious food from the local Co-op or Southland Bagel (and a handful of other places.) The sweet little house has great parking and easy access to the front and back for unloading and loading your car. It’s also charming with a VERY Lexington feel - horses, local venue posters, Keeneland - it’s all thoughtfully decorated and comfortably appointed. And then there’s Annie! Easy to communicate with, kind, helpful, and welcoming. We plan to visit Lexington regularly and hope Annie’s sweet little yellow house is available when we do.”
