This is a recently remodeled basement apartment furnished with an eclectic mix of modern leather furniture and a 50" TV, Roku and stereo receiver. Bedroom has a queen bed, desk, chair and closet; kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, pots/pans, etc. with easy access to washer and dryer. House was built in 1929 with a lovely yard and garden. Guests have access to the garden but not the house. Parking available on the street except in the winter when off-street parking is available.

Clean, quiet, and surrounded by nature. This brand new apartment resting on Lake Michigan's Little Bay de Doc offers everything a nature lover, fisherman, hunter, peace seeker can want. Enjoy boat access to the lake with a boat launch on site. Keep your boat tied up at the dock and fish some of the best walleye/perch waters around. Use the outdoor grill and enjoy your meal at the picnic bench on site. Land is also zoned for hunting during deer season. Enjoy getting away on Little Bay!

Ogden View Manor, Unit 1. (Totally Private Unit)

Located in the heart of Escanaba's most historical neighborhood, Ogden View Manor is one of many homes built in the area between 1860 and 1900. Timber Barons wanted to live close to the waterfront for convenience when shipping their products. Nearby Ludington Park, on the water’s edge of Little Bay de Noc was home to the original shipping port. A 3rd-floor servant’s quarters and doors with curly maple on one side and quarter-sawn oak on the other are a few features of this home.

This large open apartment is close to everything "Escanaba." Great restaurants nearby, two bars for nightlife and a mile walk to the marina, park and public beach. In the over 1600 sf apartment there is a large master bedroom, a master bath with walk in shower, half bath, well equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. TV and high speed internet included. *Due to severe family allergies we cannot accommodate any pets at all.

Here is a well kept secret. Situated on the second floor of the historic Ogden House less than a block from beautiful Ludington Park in Escanaba. Featuring a three season deck with great views and a hot tub. We are situated in the middle of Escanaba's most historical district; a mere few blocks to some fine restaurants, brew pubs, and a wide selection of live music through the summer months in the Ludington Park area.
