The lake shore is just a few steps away. Welcome to the beautiful western shore of Lake Ammersee. The magnificent views of the lake and the Alps were already appreciated at the end of the 19th century. Painters, musicians, and wealthy citizens were drawn here for their summer holidays.

The beautiful country house, first mentioned in 1604, is located in the center of a village in the foothills of the Alps, in the west of Munich. Due to its location it is not only the perfect place for excursions, but also a beautiful retreat for families and travelers who want to spend their vacation in an extraordinary house with a special style. Modernized in 2022, it offers everything you would expect from an old farmhouse and more. A remarkable and unique experience!

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.

Relax with your family and friends in this cozy apartment in the municipality of Burggen. The apartment is very rural and idyllic surrounded by a lot of nature. The nearby forest invites you to take long walks with great views of the impressive Alpine scenery. An excursion to the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle can be reached in just 30 minutes by car and the city of Munich can be explored in 60 minutes by car.

The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
