Right by our house is the Renaissance castle Ponitz with a park, the church with a famous organ and the village pond. We are easily accessible via the A4 or by S-Bahn. Everything you would need to buy, such as groceries or gasoline, is available in Meerane, so just around the corner. We also have a parking space.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket on the other side of the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Our apartment is located on the outskirts of Zwickau. The city center is easily accessible by bus (stop about 50 meters away) as well as on foot. In the immediate vicinity, there is the possibility of taking long walks in the countryside, for example on the banks of the Mulde. In addition, Zwickau offers many attractive sights, such as the Robert Schumann House, August Horch Museum or the Priesterhäuser.

In the children's bedroom there is a double bunk bed, which is additionally extendable, so that three children or adults can stay overnight. 5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. Our first completed apartment in old historic walls awaits you. Our memorial farm from 1872 is in a beautiful, relaxing and quiet location surrounded by meadows and fields. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest shopping (3 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). The A4 highway exits can be reached quickly in about 7 minutes.

Unser Apartment liegt im EG eines Dreifamilienhauses am Stadtpark von Meerane. Es wurde komplett saniert, ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung wird allein genutzt. Innerhalb der Wohnung sind alle Räume barrierefrei. Wohn - und Schlafraum sind miteinander kombiniert. Die Kulturzentren sind sehr gut über die A4 zu erreichen.
