The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Attention: In summer, parking is limited by falling apples (under apple tree). In front of the property is a parking space that can also be used.

The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.

Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest shopping (3 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). The A4 highway exits can be reached quickly in about 7 minutes.

Innerhalb der Wohnung sind alle Räume barrierefrei. Wohn - und Schlafraum sind miteinander kombiniert. Die Kulturzentren sind sehr gut über die A4 zu erreichen.
