“What a cute cottage! Janice’s place was perfect for our girls’ trip! The cottage is small and quaint and had just enough space for the two of us. The bedroom was perfectly cool from the air conditioning - and the beds were extremely comfortable with an ample amount of pillows and blankets. The deck outside and the pond were a dream! The kayaks were great to use and go out and explore the pond. However, there are many trees that block the view of the pond from the deck, which was just a little disappointing. If some trees were cleared out then you would have an absolutely gorgeous view of the pond from the deck. Janice’s directions were clear and she quickly got back to any questions that we had before and during our stay. The location is perfect for really anything you want to do or anywhere you want to visit on the Cape! We loved this quaint cottage and would absolutely be back if given the chance.”

“Your beautiful property far exceeded our expectations. The cottage was immaculate! Super, super clean with the most adorable decorations. The peaceful backyard was an added bonus, where we grilled steaks, drank coffee in the morning and enjoyed the sounds of nature. The gong was a nice touch, giving the yard a zen ambiance! We loved the views and tranquility of the pond so much, we went out canoeing twice! ! Your property does not disappoint. Thank you for the thoughtful touches.. coffee, toothbrushes and toothpaste. We literally arrived back home so relaxed that we sank into our couch for the entire evening. I felt like I had just returned from getting a massage! We will definitely be back! Watching the sunrise at Coastguard Beach was an unforgettable moment. One of our pictures will be enlarged to a very large picture for our bedroom. We want to see that sunrise every morning! “The home- amazing. Has an open floor plan, great for family gatherings. It’s a very functional space where everything can be used easily. The outdoor shower was especially helpful after the beach to rinse off before going into the house. The kitchen had everything we needed including a lobster pot, toaster and coffee maker. We especially loved the island. The house was sparkling clean and we loved the decor. Location- can’t beat being at the end of a dead end street. It was nice and quiet. Less than a 10 minute drive to Mayflower and Corporation beaches and some of the restaurants in the downtown Dennis area. I highly suggest watching the sunset at Mayflower beach! We also did the lobster roll cruise which was so fun. Tom recommended Scargo Cafe which has amazing food! Cape cod creamery is down there as well and the ice cream was great. Host- Tom replied quickly and answered all of our questions. He left some recommendations on where to go for food. Very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.”
