This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. This isn't just a rental, it's our beloved family beach house, and we hope you'll love it too.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This three bedroom house is located two blocks from the Delaware bay. Take a nice sunset stroll down the bay or enjoy a dinner on the back deck. After the sun goes down light up the gas fire pit in the back yard to wind down! It is a short 15 minute drive to both Cape May and Wildwood if you’re visiting for the beach or just a relaxing trip. You can find many different restaurants and things to do around town!

Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with far fewer visitors. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.
