In our cozy little village, 20-30 minutes from Annecy, Geneva or Bellegarde/Valserine, come and enjoy the countryside. Close to shops and public transport (LIHSA line 22). On approximately 50 m2 and 2 levels, the house includes: Ground floor: living room/kitchen with direct access to the terrace, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (double beds 140) and toilet. <!>Pets accepted, avoiding leaving them alone if possible (in an unknown place). Ski resorts 50 minutes max.

Everything is done on foot. (bakery, market on Monday, butcher, pizzeria, bar restaurant etc. With the view of the Rhône, the Viarhona nearby, the surrounding mountains, on holiday or passing through, the apartment will be perfect for you. The sofa bed has been replaced by a brand new, very comfortable one!
