Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Detroit River

This is my favorite spot to visit and no stay ever feels long enough! The apartment is cozy, beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything needed. The location is ideal! If you’re looking for a walkable neighborhood, surrounded by stunning views of nature and some of the friendliest people on earth, this is the place to stay! I’ll be back as often as possible.

Goldilocks was very responsive and proactive with instructions. They provided much needed information about the local construction and parking. This garden apartment is walking distance to campus and downtown Ann Arbor. It’s always my first choice when visiting AA!

A great place to stay! Very clean and a cool little place! The building itself was quiet (minus the elevator in the apartment we had) but not a dealbreaker. A short Uber ride to downtown, and a rented scooter ride back was a fun way to get around. The unit itself has everything we needed. Definitely would come back. Thanks for the stay!

The place was nicely decorated and felt very clean and modern. It was spacious enough for two people + a baby and had everything we needed. The downside was that we could hear everything from the upstairs neighbours and it seemed they were walking around all night long. The foot steps were very loud. Besides that it was a nice stay.

Morgan and their co-host were great. They were responsive, had great suggestions for around the area. The place matched the pictures perfectly and it was easy to check in and check out. A great place to stay and one worth staying at again.

My husband and I decided to explore Detroit from Midtown, and this was the perfect spot to do it from. The apartment is super cozy and in an awesome location. It’s walkable to lots of eateries, bars, museums, and other neighborhoods. Midtown is a great neighborhood. The mattress in the apartment is very comfortable. My one and only slight complaint is, I wish they’d put up window coverings downstairs in the living room/kitchen space. But other than that, it’s great.

Clean, cozy and perfect for the few nights I stayed. Well stocked and cozy, comfortable. Easy walk to bars, market and entertainment district.

Mike was a great host. I was traveling for work and had no issues at his spot. Temperature was a bit tricky to adjust but was able to figure out after reaching out to Mike. -Thanks Mike!

Craig was very responsive to my questions and good at communicating overall. He provided great info and easy instructions from the beginning. The place was very clean when I walked in and has a nice sized living room. It was very easy to get in and to lock up when leaving. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils you need, with some additional supplies for comfort. The two bedrooms were a bit compact, but not cluttered and had nice beds and clean linens. Also had outlets that were easily accessible for your charger or laptop if needed. The neighborhood itself is very residential and has a nice community vibe. I really appreciated having a driveway to park in, as it made it easy to unpack the car, and you never had to worry about finding a parking spot. The only downside is there was an upstairs tenant who made loud noises while walking around. Overall, I would stay here again and as I said, Craig was very good at keeping an open line of communication.

We had a group of 8 stay the weekend for an EMU baseball series. Place was very clean and comfortable. Didn’t feel cramped at all. 3 full bathrooms was awesome to have. Kitchen was stocked well beyond what anyone would need. Beds were comfortable. Robert was very easy to communicate and deal with. Our stay was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this lovely house while getting to know Rochester. Gabe was super responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space to enjoy extended family time. Wooded trails out the back door and an amazing neighborhood park were added bonuses! The kitchen had everything we needed. A great home base for experiencing all that Rochester has to offer!

I spent about 3 months here for work, this place is awesome. It's extremely close to anything and everything you would need. Walking distance from the gym and many restaurants.

Cathy was easy to communicate with and her place was as advertised. Would stay again.

The herald was such a chic condo with lots of character. The layout and interior design of the space was perfection. I highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Holly.

We had a great stay at Chris and Dawn's condo. The space was clean, well equipped and just as described in the listing. The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The view from the screened balcony was awesome. Highly recommended!

Very peaceful nice neighborhood, this Airbnb was spotless clean and smelled good walking in I will definitely book again.

Wonderful location, right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is as described and as shown on the pictures, and is very comfortable. The bedroom is in the back so it is extremely quiet. We didn’t use the rooftop but it has great views and is a very nice addition to this apartment. Highly recommended.

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.
