The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. There was no hair lying around in the bathroom or in the beddings. Everything was perfect.

This is undoubtedly the best Airbnb I've ever rented. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, and the mix of modern and old, just like the decor, is extremely successful. Semur is a beautiful and romantic town, but still lively and not too touristic. The house is close to everything, nature, the river as well as the town and its amenities. We also enjoyed the sun in the small backyard and barbecue, and were happy that we could bring the dog. Traffic is modest, so walking the dog and/or running around the town was a pleasure

Great cottage for weekends with family or friends. Many bathrooms, Kitchens very well equipped for cooking.

Impeccable, modern and pleasant cottage, with great little garden for outdoor dining, and for relaxing. Very good location 6 km from Auxerre, and close to places to visit nearby, as well as beautiful landscapes for walking. Excellent hosts. 👍

The accommodation is arranged in attic on the grounds of Marie Thérèse who lives nearby. it is bright, equipped with all modern comforts, and Thérèse is a very attentive host. Flexible schedules are appreciated. In short, everything went very well. We love the area and will be back in a heartbeat. Thanks to Thérèse.

Fabienne's house is a haven of peace for young and old, thanks to the many activities and games that are available there. In addition to everything that is available to visitors, you can feel at home with thoughtful decor. Fabienne is a responsive host, very friendly and she has many activities to recommend in the area! You can't get enough of the silence that surrounds the house or the views of the surrounding fields and forest. Thanks again Fabienne!

Small zen and peaceful cocoon in the heart of town, we had a pleasant stay in Izumi's studio which is also very very well-equipped.

Nothing to say about the place and communication with Cédric. It was very good. A stone's throw from the beautiful village, free and easy street parking. bakery, intermarché right next door. Too bad there was no baby crib in the accommodation (but it was correctly stipulated in the listing and Cédric immediately answered us when we asked him🙏)

We had a lovely stay at this place for the second time. Everything was perfect. Access to the accommodation is simple and Nadège transmits all the necessary information and remains available if needed.
