place was as described, Benjamin was a proactive and responsive host, place. was clean, block and a half walk to the beach, walkable to Dewey bars and restaurants. Great place!

The apartment was spotless, well maintained and exactly as described in the photos and description. The instructions were very detailed and clear. Robin picked up the phone straight away and was very responsive. The location was perfect for us - right on the beach on the bayside and just a block from the ocean on the other side. We would happily go back again!

Very nice place it was very clean and had kitchen utensils as well , easy instructions to get in and checkout process , overall was a great stay and great host !

The condo offers the best of both worlds in terms of being a short walk or bike ride from downtown Rehoboth, so you can enjoy all the amenities of a fun beach town, without having to deal with parking and traffic! The location of the neighborhood is perfect- located right off a trail but also only minutes away from shopping and stores. I was impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen is and the condo is spacious and clean.
