This is a Suite sleeping 10 people in the busy Arnolds Park Area. This is in the former 316 restaurant along Hwy 71, this is a busy area. There is a small patio area with a grill and chairs. There is a fire pit and patio chairs just feet away in the grass area. This suite features a large area to gather and play cards. Full Kitchen for meal prep. We recommend bringing your bikes, wagons and scooters for the kids. The bike trail goes right in front of our property.
