Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

You won't forget a night on the water. ✨⚓️ In the middle of the Lahn, in Nassau, you will find a place where time is slowing. The resting pole is your private, floating retreat surrounded by nature, water and silence. Wake up with a view of the river, enjoy romantic sunsets on the terrace, and let yourself be taken to sleep by the gentle rippling of the water. Our houseboat is a fixed floating bedroom and not suitable for driving. ❤️🌊

Only 10 m from the banks of the Lahn, you can enjoy pure nature and still be close to the town center. Within walking distance you can reach supermarkets, cafés, ice cream parlors, hairdresser, pharmacy, train connection,  restaurants, hiking trails, bike paths and boat rental in 200 m. In just 50 m. You can visit the beautiful outdoor pool of Nassau. There is no more ideal location for everything and nothing.
