The whole apartment was renovated in 2020 and furnished in a modern country house style. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The Waldhaus is located in the middle of a natural forest property, with many special highlights, such as the barbecue and saunaota.
