Vacation rentals in Dilofo

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. This is the perfect place from which to explore and enjoy the beautiful nature around Pramanta. We stayed there as a family of 4 and found Elli's place to be comfortable, clean and with everything we needed. Elli and Georgio are very responsive and welcoming hosts, who were very happy to answer our questions. Unfortunately due to construction in the area the water pressure in the shower was affected while we were there, but other than that, the place was amazing and we whole-heartedly recommend it. We really enjoyed our time in this special place.

A great place to spend your vacation with plenty of calmeness and astonishing sunsets from the balcony. 10 min car driving from both romantic destinations Perdika and Syvota. The beach Agia Paraskevi is 5 min driving and it's a perfect spot for families as well. Giwrgos is very helpful and responsive with all concerns you might have.

Очень хорошее предложение. Кому нужна тишина и спокойствие - идеальный вариант, небольшой уютный пляж рядом, в пешей доступности (но нужно учесть, что местность холмистая). До центра Сивоты 5-10 мин на автомобиле. Прекрасный вид с террасы. Вся мебель новая, хорошо и удачно подобранное оборудование как в комнатах, так и кухонное. Было всё необходимое (вплоть до пляжных сумок и интересных фото-книг о Греции 🙂). Дружелюбный и отзывчивый хозяин - всегда был на связи, очень быстро старались реагировать на наши вопросы, просьбы.

Prima verblijf. Er was (april 2025) een grote renovatie aan de gang. De buitenkant wordt geïsoleerd. Het is een flat, het appartement bevindt zich op de vierde verdieping. Parkeren ging heel makkelijk, onderaan de flat,gratis! De sleutel moet je ophalen bij de kleine supermarkt naast de flat. Daar wonen de ouders, lieve mensen. Communicatie met Bruna verliep via de app, ze reageerde altijd snel. WiFi werkte goed.

Niet alleen het uitzicht was schitterend (zeker bij zonsondergang), maar ook het terrasje en het appartement.

Great apartment and within walking distance to the city’s main shopping and entertainment center. The place was sparkling clean and exactly as described about the amenities. Makes you instantly feel like home by first glance. Another great addition, would be the communication between guests and Theofilos, who is always there for you in any way, in order to make your stay more enjoyable and help you with any questions. A great accommodations suggest for business and leisure travelers! We’ll definitely be back!!

Μείναμε εγώ και ο σύζυγός μου! το βρήκαμε εύκολα και οι οδηγίες ήταν σαφείς! το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και ο Χρήστος πολύ εξυπηρετικός! Εάν ξαναπάμε Ιωάννινα σίγουρα θα επιλέγαμε να μείνουμε ξανά εκεί!

Charmante maison au calme, grand jardin et terrasse très pratique avec accès direct au salon et à la cuisine. Bien équipée aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, il ne manque rien, même pas un beau BBQ bien utile sous ces latitudes. Nous avons voyagé avec un enfant de moins de 2 ans, tout était prêt pour lui aussi dont un lit bébé et une chambre bien adaptée à un petit de cet âge. La communication avec nos hôtes a été parfaite et nous tenons à la remercier pour leur grande disponibilité. Pour finir, tout est faisable à pied (courses, plages, restaurants, apéros, visite et location de bateaux, etc...) mais il serait dommage de se priver d'un moyen de transport que vous pourrez louer sur place. En effet, la région est très belle et permet des visites magnifiquement variées. (Ioánnina et sa vieille ville, le canyon d'Acherontas, et de magnifiques sites archéologiques incroyablement bien préservés). Ne pas négliger un petit café sur au bord de la mer à Igoumenitsa.
