Kid-friendly vacation rentals in District 1

Travelled for work an this place was suitable for 5 people to stay. Rooms were very adequate, beds were king size beds and super comfortable.

Anh’s place is nestled in D1. Extremely cute bnb. I would say this is a great place for a younger group, since the other bedrooms requires use of some tight small stairs. Overall a cute place in a fun neighborhood!

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

If you want a small place to stay in the heart but literally in the heart of Saigon this is your place to go, forget those five star hotel the place is small and cozy. Everything is well equipped brand-new the host is responsive and very helpful and very very nice The price is literally half or less compare to those big four star hotel but you have the whole place for yourself and in the center of Saigon so you’re gonna pay the taxi cheaper everywhere you go Outside of the house is very Vietnamese street life, lots of local around selling stuff and A ROOSTER waking you up in the morning Bref if you need a good value in the center and close to the locals this is the place eyes shut 👌

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

Such a cute, homey, adorable space! It was clean and just very adorable inside! I would stay here again. Thao is kind & helpful. The walk to the place was a lot with my bags because it’s not reachable by car but that was my fault. Grab drivers on bike will come right to you anyways! It was close to everything. Thao was responsive & there if I needed anything. Instructions were easy & check in was a breeze.

Vi is a kind host, she help us to find express laundry nearby and her instructions so clear! her place is comfortable, clean, and easy to find. ca phe sua (ice coffee & condensed mikk) nearby her airbnb is good one!!! if you stay at Vi’s airbnb you should try the coffee❤️

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. There’s a security on site 24/7 so it’s very safe. Similar to a hotel, there’s a placard you can put outside to have the apartment cleaned daily if needed. There’s a small washer you can use to do laundry as well. 5 stars, highly recommended. Would stay again for future visit.

The host has put much thought into making the space comfortable. The air conditioning and washer works exceptionally well. The bed was comfortable and lighting was apt in both the living area and the bathroom. Ms Hang was very attentive and professional when communicating with us. Because our stay was longer, Ms Hang helped arrange for cleaning which was super. We encountered the cleaning team and they were friendly as well.

One of the best places we have stayed so far in Vietnam! So much space to spread out, very quiet at night time and a beautiful bathroom with a separate shower. A grocery store down the street and lots of shops for whatever else you may need!

A large apartment, very centrally located, comfortable bed, two powerful air conditioners. I would happily stay here again. I recommend it to everyone.

The host was so kind and the room was in excellent condition. It was tidy and the pool was nice. I will definitely visit again next time.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Very well arranged, well air-conditioned and well soundproofed, it is a very good base to visit Ho Chi Minh and rest cool afterwards. It feels perfectly safe and you have total autonomy, which is not always easy to find. The vinyl player was a nice plus and the kindness and responsiveness of the hosts too! I would recommend it in a second

Good apartment, clean and tidy.

Centrally located near market, nightlife, restaurants and street food everywhere. Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom perfect for family of four or two couples. Huge balcony offered stunning skyline views in multiple direction. Quiet, clean, and safe thanks to building security and staff. Highly recommend this condo.

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip.
