Condo vacation rentals in District 11

we stayed here for about a week. the host & helpers were extremely friendly and helpful. they even got us highchair so my 1 yr old can sit and eat with us when we're are home. the place is nice and clean...amazing views and has all amenities as described. This is a great location, safe with 24 hr guards and restaurants and mini marts walking distance. I would definitely return here!

I really love this place. Rooms are spacious. I like that it is ground level since we have kids and it feels safer. The host is very helpful and friendly. She is always responsive to our questions and needs. We hope to come back to this place again when we are in Vietnam. Thank you Jennifer!

Nice big room and convenient!

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

The location is so nice The interior facilities are also perfect. Security is also good. There is a 24-hour security guard on the first floor.

The host was so kind and the room was in excellent condition. It was tidy and the pool was nice. I will definitely visit again next time.

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

Lisa provides a very nice apartment. Very clean, not too far from Ben Thanh Market. The gym and pool facilities are very good too! Easy access once you’ve find your way around. Thank you for hosting!

Nice location outside of the city hustle and bustle. Very modern clean suite close to a great grocery store and restaurants. Our host was helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. I booked the Airbnb for my mom’s and uncle’s trip to Vietnam from Canada for a little over a month’s stay. The Airbnb is a great choice in the local area compared to the hotels available. My family enjoyed their stay for the cleanliness, security, laundry washer and of course the air conditioning! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Than Tung was a great host. He is very friendly/welcoming and offered great advice for travelling Vietnam. I'm glad I spent 6 days staying with him in his air bnb. As for the amenities everything was perfectly fine for a traveler like me. The neighborhood is away from the tourists areas so when you're there you'll just be treated and feel like you're one of the locals. Everyone there just goes about their daily lives. Nobody is going to bother or try to sell you anything like they do in other tourist districts. There's also plenty of good places to eat. Than Tung will be happy to show you where to go.

I stayed here to transition from a long summer vacation in the US back to Vietnam. Thien and Kim are the nicest people you could ever meet. Quiet, clean, respectful, funny, generous, and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts for my situation. I highly recommend them and their room.
