Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in District 3

This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

The host is super nice and the place is perfect. Location is great. There is a 7-11 and other convenience store 5 feet away. There is a great Vietnamese coffee place right beside. Will definitely stay here again without thinking twice. There is always a fear of scams when travelling to Vietnam but this place is legit and I cant wait to go back.

The place is just as described. It has a great shower and lots of space. It was nicely air conditioned on arrival. Julie’s instructions were very easy to follow. The pool is great! It also has great gym. The location was very convenient with lots of restaurants and amenities close by. I highly recommend staying here.

Great apartment that felt like home. Everything was clean and all supplies necessary were already included inside the apartment. I will definitely stay again. Convenient enough to get into district 1 (about 15-25min via Grab depending on traffic).

Easy access to many local food

Great little studio apartment close to everything. Perfect for a short stay. Little touches like the provided coffee were really helpful and welcoming. Best shower I had in three weeks in Vietnam!

Very helpful and friendly host. The property was situated in a central location which made it easy for us to walk everywhere. Very easy to get in and go out with a very responsive host. Had a lovely stay thanks to the host, will definitely visit again.

Anh’s place is nestled in D1. Extremely cute bnb. I would say this is a great place for a younger group, since the other bedrooms requires use of some tight small stairs. Overall a cute place in a fun neighborhood!

There is a polo on the doorstep, breakfast is not bad, and there is a kebab shop which is delicious! Also delicious Convenient location and not loud, not far from the airport drive The host is patient and kind, proactively assisting guests with questions, the interior is welcoming, lots of plants, and a lovely kitchen to use

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

We had a short but memorable stay in HCM with a group of 6 friends and we’re very grateful for our Airbnb host’s support and responsiveness. The apartment we booked was clean, comfortable and in a central location - just a short walk to many of the city’s main attractions. While it wasn’t the newest or most modern apartment, it had everything we needed and was a great base for exploring District 1. During our stay however, there were unexpected road closures and walking restrictions around the area due to Vietnam Reunification Day. This wasn’t ideal for our plans, especially with one couple needing to leave early the next morning for a flight. Thankfully, our host stepped in & quickly arranged an alternative apartment for us. The process was smooth and their communication was clear & helpful throughout. We really appreciated the effort and care they took to make sure our stay went as smoothly as possible. We’d happily stay with them again & highly recommend them to other travellers!

My 5 days stay at this Airbnb was wonderful. The hosts and staff are super accommodating and helpful; from airport transportation to any minor inconvenience they would be there to assist. I love how responsive they are, I felt safe and got treated so nicely by everyone in the building and the hosts & their private staff. It was such a pleasant stay, glad I chose this over a hotel. Annie's place was great! The bathroom and room were very clean and it was handy having the desk, fridge and kettle inside. Was so nice having a bathroom without mould. It had everything I needed! The location was also really great and made getting to places super easy!!! Right across from Ben Thanh market. The apartment was at the back so it was also quiet. Would stay again!

I recently stayed at The Marq in Ho Chi Minh City, and it was a fantastic experience. The building itself is luxurious and well-maintained, with beautiful interiors. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with high-end amenities. The location is ideal – close to popular attractions, great restaurants, and shopping areas, yet situated in a peaceful neighborhood that offers a break from the city’s fast pace. I highly recommend The Marq for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Ho Chi Minh City. I’ll definitely return on my next visit!

We read lots of reviews about other places in the area and they all complained about hearing the loud music at night. All I can say is we heard the occasional horn, but absolutely no music! We expected to because this place is perfectly located at the end of Bui Vien, a known loud place. But it's far enough up the other end, the sound didn't travel this far! Location... Near everything! Grab or the better option for rides XANH SM is super cheap to go to the markets, or anywhere you might want to go. The electronic locks were easy to use and we never got stuck locked out. Safety... The actual door is tucked down an alley. There's a lock on that door. Then you go up to the room, there's a lock there too. Nobody can really see where you appear from on the main street. So you're perfectly safe here. All in all, an amazing place owned by an amazing host who will bend over backwards to ensure your time here is everything you need it to be! A perfect studio with a perfect host!
