깨끗한. 곳입니다 주변에 먹을게 많다 아쉬운건 관광지가 멀리있다 그래서 이곳은 조용한곳이다.

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Great place to stay for a few days. Place is very accessible to places like bui vien street. security is 24/7 as well, felt very safe.

Host Thao was super friendly and responsive. She let us keep our luggage both before check-in and after checkout, which was really helpful. The washing machine with dryer made things so convenient for our trip. Our kid loved the place! Plus, there’s a fruit juice cart and a small grocery store right outside.very handy!

This Airbnb was amazing! It was close to everything we needed, making our stay super convenient. The place was impeccably clean and had everything we could possibly need. I arrived to Khue’s place with my family of 5. Upon arrival, security helped us bring up our luggages to our room. Khue had clear instructions on how to get the room key and where to find it. So it was a great start. The house was spacious and safe for two toddlers. Everyone enjoyed the balcony. You have a nice view of the city and the river. At night the city lights are very beautiful to look at. It’s not directly in the city so it’s not as loud and rowdy which we liked since the last time we stayed directly in HCM people were partying at 6am and you could hear it. But getting into the city was very accessible. Everywhere was a 7-10 min drive (without traffic). Booking a grab was easy as well. Everything was as described. The laundry is a washer and dryer all in one which was perfect and she provided laundry detergent. She was very responsive with any issues we had. We had a minor issue come up but she quickly accommodated us and was very understanding. 10/10 would recommend

We loved staying here. The property has an amazing view. It’s a very good location to stay, very safe locality. My friends and I had a great time here. Need to mention their bed was super comfortable, all the amenities provided were of very good quality.We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Ho Chi Mihn. Like to mention that our host was very responsive.

Căn hộ hiện đại và khang trang. Diện tích lớn phù hợp cho nhóm bạn và gia đình. Không gian xung quanh văn mình và an toàn.

Very clean. Host is very helpful

Amazing property with lots of facilities in the building. Short car ride from everything. Ample space for a family of 4 and Jasmine was very responsive and proactive in checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

Great place, amazing rooftop pool

This Airbnb was a dream! The location was perfect! close to all the main attractions yet in a peaceful area. The house was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we could need. Hoang’s was communicative, friendly, and made our trip seamless. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, this is it! She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. We would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

Sehr einfache und angenehme Kommunikation. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Apartmentkomplex, was einen interessanten Einblick in das Leben der Einheimischen ermöglicht. Gerne wieder!

Very friendly and helpful host. Recommended to stay if you want some quiet time away from the city. Grab always available whenever you need to get out and about. Will stay again when I come back to Ho Chi Minh City!

Good location clean and quiet

The apartment is lovely, the rooftop is definitely a highlight. Only thing to take into consideration is that it can get really hot in the room if the AC is not on, but other than that the hosts are amazing and reply instantly!
