Vacation rentals with a patio in District 5

I had a good week in Vietnam. I initially booked a day and booked all the additional days after checking in to the room. I was able to do laundry, and the front door can be opened and closed at any time with an automatic key, there was an elevator, and it was nice to have an elevator, and the location was nice. But I hope the bed was a little more fluffy

This apartment is absolutely fantastic – so luxurious, sparkling clean, and really well equipped. The fact that there's a delicious pizza restaurant downstairs is a major plus! You've also got a convenient supermarket right there, and loads of tasty local eateries are just around 600m away. The host is super friendly and always quick to respond. We even had a great time on a day trip organized by the host. And let's not forget the cute pool downstairs – perfect for chilling out. Definitely telling my friends to book this if they're ever in HCMC!

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

The room's upstairs from the café and surrounded by greenery. The environment's really nice. It looks just like the photos, with a dark style. They'd already turned on the AC before I got in. So thoughtful! It's a self - check - in process, and the info's super clear. The staff at the café downstairs are also really friendly.

The host is very nice!In the evening informing the dispenser that there is no water, ask someone to come and fix it the next day right away, the efficiency is very quick and the host is very attentive.Although there would be loud noises outside early in the morning, it was possible that we were sleeping late in😂 general had a local Vietnamese feel and this experience I was satisfied with my friends🩷

The host responded quickly to everything and was super helpful throughout our stay, and the room was clean and comfy, highly recommended!

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Everything was perfect

Lovely Stay at Bich Thuy’s Place! We had a wonderful time staying at Bich Thuy’s property. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and communication with Bich Thuy was smooth and responsive. She was a thoughtful and kind host. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again!

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

great stay. the place is entirely new so expect the mattress to be hard (no one stay before). location are great and convenient. Meko the co host has tried her best to provide the necessary basic.

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.

The security guard will not let us in the lobby to pick up the key. He told us to call the owner which we can’t because we don’t have a Vietnamese phone account. He was very rude.
