A great place for a short stay. The noise of the cars is felt but it is not something from the other world and with that spectacular view of the sea it makes up for anything. Looks a lot to a hotel room, small but nice. Ideal for one person :)

Very good place, cozy, clean and easy to access, very nice and tidy host responds very quickly.

Tiny studio well located and very well decorated. I felt like home. Marianelis Is very reactive and kind. Zona colonial is something like 6min walking distance.

The home was one street away from the malecon. There was private parking. The house was spotless and the beds comfortable. I would come back without hesitation.

This home is beyond its value. Cozy, clean, close to everything you may need! A private and secure parking spot was such a bonus. Keny is so kind and responsive and gave great local recommendations. The pool was sparkling clean and a lovely temp. We loved the outdoor living spaces and large kitchen. Beds were super comfy as well. Thank you so much !

From the very beginning Moraima was very helpful in communication heading to the unit through the very end. Accurate listing to a beautiful place with a nice laid back vibe.

Home is located very close to Palenque beach. It is under 10 mins walking to get to the beach and/or local restaurants. The home is very cozy with comfy beds and ACs. Host is extremely attentive and responsible.

Excellent stay! Would highly recommend. It was perfect for us because it is pulled away from the hustle and bustle, and super peaceful. But at the same time, it’s just a 10 minute walk across the bridge over the river and through the old city wall’s gate into the colonial zone. It was clean and cute, lots of natural light, with a great view of the river and across to the colonial zone. The furniture and amenities were great, free laundry facilities were sparkling clean, and plenty of new washers and dryers. At the ground floor there is a great convenience store, and a string of small restaurants that all seem to be linked to each other as one business with several options. And they stay open late in case you forgot to pick anything up on your way home from a long day exploring. In candor, when we returned at night each day, we’d have to deal with about 3 small cockroaches, but this is nothing compared to what’s normal in this part of the world. Do not let this deter you if possible!

I had a great stay! The location was perfect—within walking distance to La Zona and surrounded by plenty of nearby restaurants. It was also very quiet, making for a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Definite rebook! It's conveniently located near the historical part of the city, near shopping and many places to eat. Mr. Alexander was the best host we've had on Airbnb. Very attentive and proactive. He thought of it all at a reasonable price. A huge plus was that the building is very clean and safe. They have a night watchman and every door is opened by electronic locks so no worries of people that shouldn't be there getting in. The building staff is absolutely outstanding! They were very helpful and knowledgable about the city. We stayed 8 nights to visit family. The amenities we enjoyed were arriving to a stocked kitchen, the washer and dryer, a working coffee maker, smart tv, Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, and a super comfy bed. As far as amenities for the building we appreciated the elevator, gym and pool (we didn't actually have time to use these but were glad to have the option). DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK! It's an absolute gem!

Isabel's place was great. Its only one of two apartments in the complex that has air conditioning in the living room area and not only in the bedrooms.
