The house is located 1 km from ICA and the 3 nearby swimming beaches. Kitchen, water toilet, washing machine, fridge/freezer, 52-inch TV, App TV, Wi-Fi, private patio with parasol. Private outdoor area. Parking by the garage. The sofa folds down to a 120 cm bed, extra mass is available Self check-in is via a "code box" where the key is located, see pictures, code will come upon booking.

There is the possibility of additional extra beds and cribs (on request). 4 bathrooms with toilets. The houses are located on a large garden and nature plot with its own jetty, sauna and private beach on the archipelago's pearl Djurö, about 50 minutes' drive from Stockholm.

Welcome to our micro-villa about 80 meters down to the beach in Barnvik in the Stockholm Archipelago. The cottage has all the amenities you would expect in a fully-equipped home. Complete kitchen with all appliances, bathroom with washing machine. The cottage has a large sleeping loft with a queen-size double bed and a single sofa bed opposite the wood-burning stove. On the balcony you can sit and look out over the water. The rent includes bed linens, towels and bath towels. The wood storage is well-stocked.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

The house is in Stavsnäs, close to Sjösala and close to the city on the archipelago. The house is newly renovated. 3 beds in the house upstairs and a 2 bed sofa bed for guests downstairs. Pub/café and shop close by. 8 min walk to the bus, 10 min to ferries, 45 min to Stockholm. Peaceful, cosy. Private parking with boat or car. Obs: Towels and bedsheets is ”not” included. Cleaning is not included. The house must be restored to the same condition at checkout as it was on the arrivial day.

Parking for free for one car. 100 m to bakery and café. 150 m to beach. 500 m to well stocked grocery store. Restaurant in the harbor 2 km nice walking or by car. From the harbor you can go by boat and ferries to several places in the archipelago as for example popular Sandhamn, Möja and Runmarö.
