Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Grainfield cottage is the newest edition to Hambrook Point Cottages. Built as a replica of the original Homestead cottage and features all the historic details, with a larger loft and full bathroom. My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.

Doc’s Inn ( Suite 508 )

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. This beautiful Historical building served as a doctor's office for several doctors for as long as people can remember. It was built in approximately 1840. This lovely property was completely renovated in 2023. The house has three private main-level suites each different from the next.
