Ivan's house is an amazing place in a quiet street in Shabla with gorgeous garden and at a great location. All the utilities were listed, the place was very clean and every room had a spare pair of sheets. Ivan was super responsive before, during and after our stay. The house is big and spacious, and had parking spots in the front. Super grateful for the welcoming stay and will visit again for sure

We had themostexciting days of our vacation at Casa Dora! We left with an unforgiving desire to come back again. Casa Dora is not just an accommodation house, it is a home full of love and coziness. Dora for us is not a host but an amazing person who became our family from Shabla! Cleanliness, tranquility, birds, greenery... And in the air early in the morning was the scent of freshly cooked breakfast from Dora's golden hands! This corner of Bulgaria is mystic and very strong energy! I recommend that everyone draw up a list and visit the sights around. Dora is an inexhaustible resource of knowledge and proper guidance. I don't know anyone with a similar experience in tourism! Our nights were long and magical! We love you Dora! Thanks Dani and Dora for this experience! Till we meet again! ♥️

Great and very welcoming host. The house has a very cozy garden and all necessary amenities, it's close to a grocery store, restaurants and also just around 1km away from an amazing beach. Will definitely visit again

We rented the villa for our wedding and host my husband’s family who came from abroad. Everyone had a great time and felt very comfortable. With the host’s permission we also hosted the ‘picking up of the bride’ by the groom in the traditional Bulgarian style where friends and family came to witness this. We really loved our stay and the hospitality. Out questions were always answered and we felt very comfortable. Will stay here again for sure!

Maria was excellent host. When we arrived and during our stay Maria was busy and out of town. Yet, she was always quick to answer the phone and I never felt dismissed or brushed off. The house was spacious with big yard and old walnut tree, under which we could sit and relax. In addition the interior was excellent. Clean, decorated, all facilities and devices were working. The fresh bed sheets and towels were adding a great deal of comfort. Over all if I go to Bulgareveo again, Maria and her guest house will be my first choice.

I spend few days with my family in the place during the a summer heatwave. Thankfully, the place was air-conditioned and we could enjoy the lovely view of the sea and forest from the balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped so we had all that we needed. The only problem was that the pool was not cleaned recently and we couldn't use it

Very good location with very nice views. You are very close to most of the restaurants and shops in Balchik, and maximum 15 minutes of walking from a large beach. The place was very clean and had more things than listed. The self check-in was very helpful since we arrived very late. Overall, one of the best locations in Balchik.

We had a great time Mark's place. The apartment is in a premium location with ocean views, right in front of the pool, on the top floor (note: there is no elevator). The resort was not too crowded when we visited, the staff were friendly and all the restaurants were good. We'd stay again if we have the opportunity.

My only regret about giving this review is that I couldn't give 20 stars instead of 5. I'll get to the apartment in a minute but far more importantly I need to talk about the hosts. Brian and Demi were beyond believable! Brian drove me to my cousin's wedding at Blacksearama and Demi set me up with a ride to the airport after my ordered taxi cancelled at the last minute. The apartment was clean, well furnished, quiet, easy to get into, and with a beautiful view of the sea, and a less than 4 minute walk from all the best parts of the Balchik and still pales in comparison to the hosts!!! Brian and Demi are currently renovating her parents' cafe by hand and despite me being 8 time zones away I hope to be able to visit it and them again if I get the chance. This is easily the best AirBnB I've ever stayed in and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Only stay here if you plan on having an amazing time at an amazing price while you stay with amazing hosts 8D

The place is nice, with all you need and has a beautiful view. Everything was good, except by a problem with the door lock, probabily was our bad luck, but we felt good.

we had great time. apartment is luxurious with excellent sea view. even better than shown on pictures. though a little far from the beach, must have a car, otherwise not so easy to get to the sea. the pools in the area are perfect, visiting the beach is not really important.
