Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Rated 3 stars by the tourist office, functional, comfortable, quiet, you will only have to enjoy this haven of peace. The historic centre is within a 12-minute walk. Forget your car by parking it in our street where parking is free! Museums, market, Caroussel swimming pool, Colombière park, restaurants... everyone will find what they are looking for! La Gouille, 20 min walk to old Dole, quiet

La Gouille is located 1.6 km from Epenottes shopping center and 1.5 km from downtown and old Dole. It's the countryside in the city. Very quiet! You have at your disposal a 19 m² studio. One bedroom, one TV, one toilet, one shower room, one kitchenette, one fridge, tea, coffee, bowls, plates, cutlery, glass, plancha, one table as well as two chairs and their cushions, brazier, barbecue, wood. Your entire space is heated/air-conditioned independently of the rest of the house.

Original apartment located in one of the wings of an 18th century mansion in the city center. Accessible by a spiral staircase, 2nd floor very bright. One bedroom and one sofa bed in the main room. Small equipped kitchen allowing you to be completely independent. Large free public parking next to the apartment. Dole city center is a 2-minute walk away. Bright accommodation, strictly non-smoking. A bike storage room is available to allow you to stop safely.

Le Toit des Hospices: HyperCentre/View/Air-conditioning

This air-conditioned loft is unique, it is located in the heart of the historic center while being quiet at the bottom of a courtyard close to the Hospices. It has an incredible view of Place Carnot and even the Hospices bell tower. We have completely renovated and decorated it with quality noble materials. 3-star cottage – Cozy, Quiet, and Close to Dijon

Looking for a cozy nest out of the ordinary, perfect for 2 people and a little piece. (Possible 3rd person on extra bed) Brazey is the perfect spot between Dijon & Beaune and if you want to play in Dijon without bothering with parking and parking, no stress! The maisonette is very close to Brazey train station 3 minutes away . Last thing: Regarding comfort, sheets and towels are provided. Attention: pets 🐕 are allowed but with a supplement!

From May to September, on the 2nd floor of this 17th century residence, in the heart of the historic district, you will stay in a quiet, exceptional environment (70m2). According to your desires (tourism, sport, gastronomy, work, etc...) we will inform you to carry out your projects. Meal inside or down on the terrace overlooking the canal. Reception at Dole station or Dole airport: on request. NB: Not suitable for infants (see: description)
