Estamos dentro del parque, cuenta con 2 piletas propias, y espacios de recreación, cancha de futbol, vóley. Departamento de 1 ambiente amplio de 45 m2 mas balcón aterrazado, cuentan con estacionamiento. totalmente equipadas. Cuentan con cocina completa, vajilla, microondas, aire split frío-calor, tv , WIFI. Estamos a solo 100 mts de las piscinas termales.

Casa muy cómoda. Recientemente remofelada. Excelente ubicación. A una cuadra de la plaza Moreno. Supermercado, verdulería, panadería, rotiserías en un radio de una cuadra. Con dos habitaciones, la principal con cama Queen y vestidor. La segunda habitación con dos camas individuales. Destaca por la limpieza. Garage de gran tamaño, con portón levadizo electrico. Lavadero.
