Amazing Stay! Perfect in Every Way We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the attention to detail made our experience even more special. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely return.

Everything was excellent above all the super comfortable master bedroom bed, everything excellent counts in the bathrooms with everything you could need... Very grateful to the very friendly customer service team when entering ... everything was very quick and the exit . super organized excellent surveillance and security 24hrs.. I will definitely return to the same place... and I will super recommend it... Thank you for your hospitality

An excellent stay, there is a lot of security, the house is very nice and with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Also the entire area where it is located is so safe and pleasant that one can walk at night quietly. The golf course is very good and has a restaurant for a nice breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend it.

This is a cute and cozy home with a great view of the centro from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook meals. There are so many restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area it's easy to find somewhere to eat out. The home is located on the top of a VERY steep hill so someone with mobility or health issues would be challenged walking up to the home. But taxis are plentiful and within the centro the charge is about US$4. The home faces north and we found in November the main floor was dark and the house was cold but they have provided room heaters which worked well. Holt was always very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our month-long stay in the home.

The house is very spacious, with wonderful decor and with first class amenities. Highly recommended.

Widely recommended, they are attentive at all times and seek to resolve the situations that arise, in my case they had flexibility in the exit and they solved a problem with the boiler. Things to note, if you want to cook it has EVERYTHING to do, the table is for 12 people then you can live very well, and the grill is perfect. I had a very nice experience in Famialia, in a very safe area. PD. It is 10 minutes from downtown San Miguel, 3 minutes from an Oxxo and 5 minutes from a Soriana.

This was a great spot, close to everything and the unit was in the back of the courtyard so it was very quiet. There were some basic supplies and coffee which was nice. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. Easy to access. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was absolutely perfect, walkable and safe area, close enough to the main attractions but far enough from the noise. The condo itself is exactly what our family of four needed, space and privacy.

Perfect location, very comfortable and clean 2BR/ 2.5 baths, the bed and bed linens were so comfortable, each room was very private, we loved the in-unit W/D and the outdoor patio in our apartment too. We didn’t end up using the public pool in the courtyard. Would definitely stay here again.

Benito and Mariana were great hosts. They were very responsive to our questions and needs. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. There were extra towels in the bathroom. The place was as shown in the pictures (except for the cat ladder). We think the bed is a double (cama de matrimonio), not a queen size as described in the listing. The location was excellent. It was 5-minute walk to the Warren Hardy Spanish school. We loved spending time up on the roof top patio. Highly recommend staying there!

Loved my stay at this apartment. Both rooms and bathrooms are of good size and clean. The kitchen has everything that's needed and the location is perfect. Would totally recommend this airbnb. No complaints.

incredible place, 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, the apartment is very nice and has all the amenities, super quiet and spacious parking. It is difficult to access the first time if you go by car since you must first pick up the remote control and then you can access the garage. Out of that detail is all incredible.
