We welcome you to our cottage in the heart of a private domain located 1h15 from Paris on the edge of the Yonne. Bordered by two terraces, it offers two visions : on the south side, a view of the oak forest; on the north side, a view of a pond and its fauna. In its nest of greenery, our chalet will seduce you with its calm and its evenings by the fire. Open access: tennis (snowshoes provided), fishing ponds. At your disposal : a swing. Please note : sheets, towels, and tea towels are not provided.

Nous vous accueillons dans notre beau paradis de fleurs, notre havre de paix vous attend. Logement de 2 pièces , l'une lavabo et 2 lits très confortables que l'on rapproche pour couple , l'autre salon, salle à manger et coin cuisine avec 2 couchages dont lit gigogne qui fait canapé très confortable. Une douche séparée , un wc séparé.

The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Haven of peace in property of 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Free access to the garden and heated pool (10x5 meters), not private (May - September). Located between Sens and Joigny, close to Villeneuve sur Yonne, Courtenay and the A5, A6 and A19 highways, in the heart of the countryside, we are 1.5 hours south of Paris, 1 hour 10 minutes from Guédelon and Chablis.

Relax with the whole family at this place to stay in downtown Courtenay. The city of Courtenay is 1 hour and 10 minutes from Paris by the A6, in a quiet and pleasant environment. At your disposal are 20 hiking trails, some of which are accessible by mountain bike as well as Equestrian Centers. A market is held every Thursday and Saturday morning. The city also offers a skate park, soccer field, heated outdoor swimming pool, etc.

We will be happy to host you "next door", for a stay in the countryside, surrounded by our animals, in a quiet area, in a small hamlet. This old, newly renovated barn is ideally located, about 1 hour from Paris, between the two A19 and A6 highway exits and 15 minutes from Sens train station. Come and enjoy a breath of fresh air in the heart of nature with all the comforts for a perfect stay.
