“Giuseppe is, without a shadow of a doubt, a super superhost. I start by saying that he was always available and kind even before I started my stay, by mail on the site. Upon arrival, although the time provided was indicative, he was ready to welcome us smiling with his wife Albertina and to help us with our bags. Giuseppe, Albertina and the daughters have the ability to make you feel an integral part of the family and as if you were at home. Never intrusive, always available, smiling, kind and above all very sociable. Ready to give excellent advice and help in case of problems. The house is really beautiful, a lovely place in an enviable position, it makes even more live! The apartment is large and equipped with every comfort and very bright. The windows in the room, with access to the balcony, offered a divine sea / sunset view. In addition to having the kitchen in the apartment, there was the possibility of using the barbecue and having lunch / dinner in the garden. The house has 5 swimming pools, a large one with normal water and 4 smaller infinity water pools separated by a "driveway" thanks to which it was possible to directly access the sea. Imagine you, at sunset, sitting by the pool sipping a cocktail and listening to the waves of the sea: spectacular. The cleanliness has always been impeccable as well as the care of the garden: full of palm trees on which trunks orchids grew thanks to Albertina cresce The house is 5 minutes walk from the center with shops / restaurants and the first public beach. Personally I have always preferred to stay on the bed at home rather than going to the public beach as tranquility reigned and it was a breezy spot. I can say that I had the opportunity to meet wonderful people and I really hope with all my heart to be able to meet again one day, whether in Italy or in the Dominican Republic.”

“The apartment is very nice, in a very peaceful and relaxing context. Clean and with everything you need. Nearby there is everything from mini markets, to restaurants and souvenir shops. The added value is definitely the host. Leidys has always been super helpful and kind; responses have always been timely. (We didn't get to know Guillermo :)) Not to mention the access to the exclusive Tracadero beach club. Sensational. The apartment is very cozy, in a relaxed and peaceful environment (just as the ad says :)). It's very clean and well equipped. In the sorrounding area you can find restaurants, mini-markets and gift shops. The best thing about this place is definitely the host. Leidys was so kind and attentive, communcation was prompt and smooth (we didn't have the chanche to meet Guillermo :)). Not to mention the beach club Tracadero. Astonishing !!”

“I have rented through airbnb and from dominican realtors all over the Dominican Republic while I look for a place to settle for a while. This apartment is in the middle of everything. It is like your home. Bring clothes and a smile. It has everything that you have in your home from the kitchen to bathroom. You can tell that this is a second home for Julie and she has allowed us to rent it. - I cant say enough about it. When you rent in the DR, their is typically a pot in the kitchen and a half a can of coffee. THIS IS A HOME and has everything. - sun screen, games for rainy days, books, spice cabinet ( if you have rented in the DR, please says wow ) I have rented in 4 star resorts that do nor compare to the details that Julie as given attention to. Daniel who is in charge would get a job offer from me tomorrow if I owned a resort, house or a chicken farm. He is the da Man”
