Very nice place as advertised. Nice lake view, and a lot of hotel amenities like bars, pools, golf, ping pong and pool tables. About 20 minutes from old town.

Great view and location. Very responsive host. Recommended for backpackers or even staycation-ers.

Thuy’s house is beautifully decorated and the perfect place for a family. She is very hospitable and ensured that everything was taken care of for our stay. The detailed guide she left in the house for us was very informative and helpful.

Mr Pham’s house is beautiful and he made me feel right at home. The bedrooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. His family are lovely and friendly. I really enjoyed having dinner with them and spending time chatting away on the terrace in the evening. I would recommend for a female solo traveller looking for a place to stay in Hanoi - as long as you don’t mind being a bit further from the tourist areas.

the place is 4km away from the center, convenient to move, the surrounding is making the road so it is a bit dusty, the alley is quiet civilized, the facilities are full, good support if any arise, the procedure is quick

Amazing host , she accommodated our early check in request! Her mother also offered us breakfast when we asked where we can breakfast in the morning. When we were going out her father offered us umbrellas also ! They are really sweet , just like family Definitely recommend you to stay here , it is exactly as described in photos

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! We had such a relaxing time. Thanks! 😊

The room was the same as the photos, it was tidy, and the host was very kind.

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

What an incredible value it is.This accommodation is very clean, modern, and feels very comfortable and spacious.However, the best aspect is perfect communication with the homeowner.We arrived late at night and the host called us a taxi to pick us up and then provided great and easy-to-understand information to help you get to the accommodation easily.I would really recommend this place as a place to stay in Hanoi.

It was just one day stay. but it was really good. very nice location to go to center of the hanoi ^^!

Conveniently located nearby on Japan Street, many restaurants.And there is a supermarket downstairs, and it is also convenient for shopping to cook your own meals.
