Monthly Rentals in Dongjak District

I’ve stayed at many places while traveling, but this one was truly the best. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was perfectly maintained—so relaxing. It’s conveniently located near Sillim Station, making it easy to get around Seoul. What stood out the most was the host’s warmth and thoughtfulness; I felt genuine Korean hospitality. Thanks to their recommendation, I visited the nearby Horim Museum—it was quiet and peaceful. It’s a place I’d love to keep to myself, but I’ll definitely recommend it to people I care about. I can’t wait to come back!

Shin’s Airbnb was a great place for us to stay during spring of 2025. We are from Chicago U.S. traveling to experience springtime in Seoul. Shin’s place was in a nice neighborhood and home was very clean, good flow of interior space. We also took the subway or buses for our main transportation during the stay. The subway station, restaurants and grocery stores are all short 5 to 10 min. walking distance from Shin’s place. Above all, Shin was personable and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend the place.

The hosts were kind, helpful and quick in their responses. To climb the stairs to access the property, I had to separate the suitcase in two. But it went well and it was worth it. Great structure and neighborhood.

Very clean and bright accommodation environment, the house is very close to the subway station, you can go to the airport by airport bus, really very convenient! There are many restaurants and coffee shops around, don't worry about what you don't eat☺️
