With its 100 square meters and two gardens can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The villa, while historic and beautiful, is equipped with all the modern amenities you will need. Your separate apartment in our secluded 12th century farmhouse has its own entrance and is on two levels; kitchen and sitting area is on the first floor, beds and bath are upstairs. The large fireplace in the kitchen is very typical in these old houses. In the sleeping rooms we have air conditioning. The garden is unique , a place to relax and enjoy. The house features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two fridges, and a washing machine. Outside, enjoy a beautiful garden and relax in the outdoor marble hot tub, soaking in the breathtaking views.

The apartment is on the ground floor, in the historic center of Massa Marittima, just 100 meters from the Cathedral square. It is easily accessible from all the parking lots in the historic center and within walking distance you can find: cafes, restaurants, banks, grocery stores, a pastry shop and a pharmacy. The recently renovated 68m house has a separate entrance and consists of: a kitchen with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom.

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.

Paluffo is an historic 15th century building restored in 2010 conserving its original structure and design. Stillo house features a spacious living room with dining room and a fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 1 of them has a loft with a single bed, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, and a private garden with a wonderful view of the Chianti hills.
