Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Dorado

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 9 and highly recommend this property. The en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom worked very well providing privacy and convenience for all. The living room and main living space with dining table also provided space for meals, games, and general gathering spaces. We took advantage of the outside patio for coffee and reading time in the cooler mornings. The pool area is conveniently located directly across the street from this unit making it convenient for even short dips or lounging. We were at this location during the Puerto Rico blackout and the diesel generator started automatically and provided power during multiple power losses over three days. Having backup power made a real difference during our family vacation as most restaurants and businesses are not open on January 1st and we were able to celebrate by staying in for dinner and family time knowing we would have power during the random blackouts.

This was a magnificent place to stay with my family. This place has it all: location, amenities, restaurants, bars, beach, etc, but the best part was Señor Juan, who was always accessible and extremely helpful with all our needs. We stayed in a beautiful place to vacation, but he made it our home away from home.

Beautiful home overlooking the Atlantic ocean! Accommodations for our family worked well with separate bedrooms and three and one half baths! Very private and peaceful patio area. Nearby beach is not suitable for swimming, but there are other swimming beaches a short drive away. There were a number of good restaurants in the area! The host was very responsive when we had a little maintenance issue with a lock. We all had a great time!

Rob’s place was perfect for our group of nine ranging in age from 18 months - 84. The backyard pool and covered patio area was where we spent the most time at the house. The local beach was a short walk away and other beaches were short drives away. There is a full bathroom connected to the pool house which was an added benefit. The mattresses were very comfortable; everyone slept well. The kitchen was well stocked for a group that likes to cook. The house runs on solar and has battery backup if needed. Rob was quick to respond to any questions. We loved it an hope to return next year.

The property is immaculately maintained, evoking a tropical ambiance reminiscent of a beach theme. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the space accurately reflects the provided descriptions and photographs. Notably, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning and ceiling fan ensured a comfortable temperature. The neighborhood is remarkably quiet, although limited activities are available in the immediate area. However, nearby attractions can be easily accessed via Uber, with fares approximating $17. Our stay was an authentic Puerto Rican experience, which we thoroughly enjoyed with our family. One delightful aspect was the nightly visit from a friendly cat, who would join us on the porch, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home. We had a group of 7 stay here and it was perfect. The outdoor space is unreal and we spent most of our time poolside or lounging on all the incredible furniture. I appreciated that for the number of beds and bedrooms, they had adequate lounge furniture for everyone. The kitchen was SO well stocked, there is laundry on-site, more than enough towels, clean and lovely linens. The list goes on and on. The neighborhood itself felt so safe, we never had a single issue or concern. There is also so much nearby, including a great coffee shop in walking distance! Truly 10/10 in every way, don’t hesitate to book this property!

wow, what an amazing stay. thank you so much. Nestor was absolutely fantastic and always provided more help than we are used to. Basically, every time we had one expectation, Nestor exceeded it and everyone travelling with us was impressed and feeling great about the place. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Loved everything about the location too, the private beach was more than we could have ever asked for and the swimming pool was the cherry on top

Maria's home in Dorado exceeded our expectations! The gated community felt extremely safe, and the house was impeccably clean and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. Maria was a wonderful host, providing helpful information and suggestions from the start. I highly recommend this home for its comfort, safety, and convenient location near the beach and local spots.

Juan Alberto was a great host. My stay with my aunt, mom and dog went really well even though we were there during an island wide power outage. The back up generator Juan used had failed but he was proactive in getting it fixed and came by morning and night to ensure it was refueled so we could have electricity for the few days the outage continued. thankfully our food did not spoil. Juan was responsive and attentive and plenty kind during our stay. We would definitely stay again when we visit next.

Staying in dorado was one of the best options I picked from previous times I came to Puerto Rico, around dorado there is a lot of food places and the beach is amazing with restaurants of good food. Everything is 30 min away and very convenient. Wouldn’t think about it twice to stay at this spot for the future

I stayed at Kiara's place for 5 days. I flew in on a very late flight and arrived at her place at 3 am. It is a double gated community. Kiara sent me videos and pictures describing everything. During our stay, the entire island had a blackout. Kiara came and brought us a generator, extension cords and a light. She was always available and responsive. My family and I had the best time at her place and will definitely come back again, especially since we now know she offers a generator during an emergency. There are so many amenities available at her location, pool, beach, casino, go karting, outdoor play area, she has beach towels for your stay, she has a cooler and even beach chairs. The neighbors were all friendly, we even hung outside with them during the blackout. Kiara and her place are a gem! Definitely pick this place over anywhere else.

Location was perfect and stay was great. Instructions easy to follow for check in and check out.

Three of us stayed at Johana's apartment for two weeks, and found it to be a spacious and environment with all the the basic amenities. There are some great bars and restaurants nearby along with a beautiful beach. Having a car is useful but not necessary for food shopping to make the most out of the kitchen. Otherwise it is the ideal place for a relaxing break.

I have no words for how well we were treated at “Elizabeth’s Steps from the beach”. Elizabeth was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome & like family. She was super accommodating. The kitchen is beautiful and she had appliances to help with our family meals. Plenty of space in the common areas. The beach is literally at the end of the street you could walk. She has plenty of chairs for you to take along with a beach bag. Washer and dryer. Also, on the next street over are bars that we kept looking at one of them because of the pretty lights but just thought it was another home. You couldn’t even hear the parties from the apartment. There were 2 of us and we felt safe walking to the neighboring restaurants. Rent a car if you want to go out to do tourist things. Nothing was far at all. Shopping and grocery stores are all around. Great location. Great vibes. Great host. Will definitely return. We also got a chance to meet her son and he was a blessing to us as well.

Great condo for a group of friends or big family. Lots of beds, bathrooms are really nice. Nice view of ocean from porch. Walking distance to two really good restaurants. Beach isn't one to sit and relax at when we went but good view. Great instructions and very clean.

Always excellent! It is our favorite place to stay. We have been here four times now and it’s a great place to stay! Feels like home!

It has a lot of space, we had four people so the two bathrooms were really nice. We enjoy the casino next door, being able to go eat at the restaurant in Embassy was convenient when we didn’t want to drive anywhere.

Our family of five (parents and three teenagers) loved Cindy’s place and had a great time! Can’t say enough about how good of a host Cindy and her husband Victor were. They met us at the place when we arrived in the evening and showed us around. They were hospitable, super friendly and nice. The place is in a great location, with a short walk to the beach, the pool, restaurants, and other activities, and a great place to use as a base for car trips to other activities. It is as described in the write-up. We would definitely come back! Thank you Cindy!
