We loved staying at Guilherme's place, a simple but extremely cozy space, everything well organized and clean, the decoration and construction was very well thought out to match the climate of Penha, the house is very close to the center, not needing a car for anything. The very attentive host, left us a fruit basket and always very much requested. I have already indicated it to friends and if I go back to Heritage I will stay at Guilherme's house.

Gilvan was extremely helpful! We met with great kindness and informed us everything about the region! I highly recommend it!

Bom want to talk about one of the best accommodations I've had to date! And it's not because it's a luxurious place not! But for the simplicity and energy of the place! From arrival to breakfast! Larissa a warm love together with her husband I think… a strong point is the coffee prepared by a girl that serves more than coffee, it's a sweetness and kindness! Local super clean, pleasant, impeccable bathroom and towels, bedding… an internet very good! Communication was correct and positive! I will definitely return on calmer days outside the festival!

Very cozy and equipped, clean and organized apartment. It will always be an option for a next reservation, there is no garage, more always there was a parking space in front of the building, super quiet without worrying, I only point out that at first it was a strong cigarette odor.

We love staying at Vó Tininha's place! The place is super nice and everything was super clean and functional. It had everything we needed for our stay. It does not have the charm of the local cottages, but it has the warmth of grandma's house for a much more affordable value. In addition, the location is great because it is right in the center of the city, close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafeterias. Anyway, we strongly recommend for those who will visit the region with family or group of friends.

The little house is good, even better than in the pictures, and it completely served us. It was very clean and well cared for the day we arrived. The host was solicitous, was in the house next door and always on hand to help us when needed. The only detail I think is important to point out: if you go in the rainy season, the road that leads to the house may be complicated, as it was very bumpy. It did not rain in the days of our stay and it was very quiet to make the journey, even though our car was low. The kitchen window has a beautiful view! I'd come back more often.

The location of the house is great, on the main street near the shops, you can do everything on foot. It is 20 minutes from the concierge of the Pico da Bandeira Park, so we stayed there as a support the day before going to the camp, to sleep/eat well before the climb and it was the best choice we made. The host responds quickly and is super kind. The house was clean and the bedding impeccable. And since it is quite cold there, it had extra warm bed linen too. I recommend it!

Tati and Vagner were wonderful! We felt at home and we had two very relaxing with good wine and a good book. The land has two more houses, I wanted to go further, rent them all and bring my family. For the little place of peace in Caparaó.

Keytt was very helpful and thoughtful the whole time. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Some basic household utensils were missing and the lack of bedding, towels and blankets would make a difference. The experience was great, the experience was great!
