The apartment is about 75sqm and located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. It is located about 5 km from Bonn-City on the right bank of the Rhine in Beuel, 25 km from Cologne/Bonn Airport. There are very good connections to 3 bus lines and the airport highway. The two-family house is located in the middle of a garden in the second row. Here is a pure residential area without industrial buildings.

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They are centrally located, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain.
