The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The apartment Deichtraum is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac in Nessmersiel and is perfect for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The 55 m² ground floor apartment was renovated in 2023/2024 and modernly furnished. The private terrace, the well-kept garden and the beach also invite you to relax. The beach is about 1300 m away and can be reached comfortably on foot, by bike or by car. Your dog will be able to let off steam on the beautiful dog beach.

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
