Das luxuriöse Bad mit Dusche/WC und ein zusätzliches WC sind top modern. Das Hallenbad (kostenlos) mit Sauna (€) im Erdgeschoss, Lift und ein Parkplatz (€) am Haus runden den Komfort ab.

The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available. At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.

Surrounded by a garden with quiet and protected corners, a large variety of birds and a wonderful water lily pond, you can relax. In the garden there is a small sauna house. The use of the sauna is free of charge. Cycling and hiking trails start 50 m away behind our Deichtor. Your pet is welcome.

We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our apartment Herzmuschel is located on the 1st floor of the main house of our idyllic farm complex. It is a one-room apartment with sleeping area with large double bed, living area with sofa bed for 2 and living-dining-kitchen area and bathroom with shower. You can reach it via the separate guest entrance. The wellness area is located on the first floor of the guest area.
