So why not try your hand at making them yourself? I will teach you the secrets on how to make some deliciously unique and authentic Montreal style bagels at home, the easy way. We will start by learning how the ingredients used affect the Bagels and the final result. Then we will all measure our ingredients using scales. After that, I will show you how to properly mix and knead the dough which you will do on your own right after me. I have adapted the best Boulanger (Bread Maker) techniques to the home kitchen so you will become a confident baker at home in no time! This experience is super family friendly so bring the kids! After mixing the dough, we will learn how to shape the bagels, boil them, dress them up with various toppings, bake them and finally eat them fresh out of the oven! Not many things can beat eating freshly baked and delicious Bagels that you have made yourself right out of the oven. You will leave with a detailed recipe to take home. Join us for a private, one-of-a-kind, upside-down experience! I know what you're thinking: I wouldn't be able to do this. Right? Well, you're wrong. I teach kids from 3 years of age to adults up to 80 years old, I tailor my experiences to your strength and ability. So, no excuses. How does it work? Join us at Paragym for an aerial silks, hammock or an acrobatic fusion course where you will learn techniques to climb silks, to wrap yourself into 'foot locks' and "hip locks and to do easy 'drops'. This is a fun, level-friendly aerial acrobatics course suitable for all. Our packages cater to all sizes, ages and interests. Try our aerial hammock course for inverted yoga & flexibility training. Our aerial fusion courses trains technique on various pieces of aerial equipments such as hammocks, silks, lyras. Our most popular course, aerial silks, will likely have you going home to continue courses locally. After a fun 10 minute warm up, we'll get right into it. You'll learn techniques to climb a piece of fabric using your feet like a monkey (easier than you think!) and you'll invert (go upside down) to create beautiful acrobatic figures that you can show off at home. There is a 10 minute photoshoot at the end of the course to photograph all you've learnt. Learn to be an acrobat while visiting Montreal, the circus capital of the world. We'll briefly go over the origin of geometric and Islamic patterns while marvelling at pictures of beautiful works. Next we'll get right into it, we'll use a compass and ruler to design and draft our patterns. After that, we'll paint using beautiful watercolours on watercolour paper. Finally we'll finish off our masterpieces with touches of gold, silver or copper if desired. Other things to note This is a family friendly activity. You do not need any previous experience and you don't have to be an artist to do this workshop.

For the practice: We combine some elements of traditional Hatha/Ashtanga yoga into our dynamic alignment-based flow, coupled with some feel-good beats playing in the background. We create a safe, non-competitive space for our students, offering modifications and advanced options for new students and experienced yogis, so that the practice can be enjoyable for everyone. The duration of the practice is 60 min, with the last 5-10 minutes dedicated to our final (and favorite) relaxation pose: savasana. *Other things to note* Group will meet by the picnic tables at the main entrance 15 minutes before practice begins. Once the entire groups is present, the teacher will escort the group to the rooftop terrace. Please ensure you have your mask on when entering the building.
