The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.

Boasting lovely views , a spacious open-plan ground floor with modern, well equipped kitchen, a lounge area with log burner and a double sofa bed. Downstairs compact toilet and shower, large rear garden. Free street parking. The first floor: bathroom with roll top bath, a master room with king sized bed and a second bedroom with twin single beds.

Marnwood School House is a beautiful holiday cottage with bags of charm. The cottage dates back 200 years, where it was originally used as a school house for the poor but Reverend Bartlett in 1824. The property has been fully restored to an excellent standard, whilst still retaining its period character. The property is just a few minutes drive from Ironbridge, which offers lots of attractions and activities for all ages, as well as great places to eat.

We are ideally situated for a relaxing stay in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Coalbrookdale is steeped in history, the home of Abraham Darby's Iron ore smelting works. The Museum of Iron & Enginuity are both just a short walk away, where the ruins of Abraham's original furnace still stands.
