Clean,cozy and nicely located

This is a great apartment to use as a home base while staying in Armenia and visiting the surrounding countryside and towns. Everything was very clean and the apartment was well designed. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has what you need for cooking a meal. The apartment is only about a 5-10 min walk from the central commercial shopping center which is nice! Would stay here again!

Natalia is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met! She was very kind and accommodating, and took care of us fully no matter what it was we needed. Would 100% recommend her and the place! it was spacious clean and in a great area, 2 mins up the road was a strip of food shops and coffee shops. I would definitely come back here again I had such a great time.

A very comfortable place, with privacy, you are surprised by its technology, and Don Ferney is an excellent host who is always attentive and very friendly. It's close to the terminal, but if it's more comfortable if you have your own vehicle. We will definitely be back.

Mario is an extremely warm and helpful host who always takes time and makes you feel completely comfortable. The place was clean, cozy and very well located – perfect for exploring Salento and the beautiful surroundings. Salento itself is a fantastic place with a unique atmosphere, surrounded by impressive nature and coffee plantations. Absolutely recommend – I would come back anytime!

Beautiful apartment exactly as advertised! Fully equipped, perfect location! Gorgeous view! Great communication with hosts. Delightful cross draft when the windows are open, although a bit noisy from the traffic below. Highly recommend!!
