There are two private fish ponds, both within walking distance from the farm house. There is plenty of space to walk/hike (100+ acres). For those visiting the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant, it's 8 min driving distance away. But, all you'll see are miles of farmland from the home. Chattahoochee River is 10 min away

Tiny Cabin on a Horse Farm

This cabin is located on a horse farm 6 miles from Dothan and 10 miles from Fort Rucker. There are raised garden beds in the front and horses grazing in the back, so if you are looking for a simple, quiet retreat we are the place for you! This building was originally built as a home for an Amish farmer who worked here, but for the last five years has served as a homeschool classroom for me to teach our children. The school has moved to a larger building, and we'd love to share this space.
