Vacation rentals with a firepit in Douglas County

The home is very warm and cozy. The location feels very remote, but it is a super convenient drive to Kirkwood.

We loved this Air bnb and it made our Tahoe trip complete. We would book again in a heart beat and are already hoping to come back in the summer!! Great place.

The Duggan’s place was exactly like the pictures. Home was clean and had everything that was needed for our stay. Duggan was very helpful if we had any questions and responded quickly. The day before check out we received severe weather warnings & Duggan was willing to work with us to stay a day longer if the roads weren’t drivable. Over all it was a very peaceful stay and felt very homey.

This place is quite close to beach and very convenient. Has restaurants and other shops are near by. We had great stay and place has everything what you need!!

This house was perfect for our girl’s trip! There were 10 of us and we felt the common rooms accommodated all of us comfortably to sit as a group. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms: 1 “dorm room” with 5 beds, and then 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each. Downstairs had 2 bedrooms, one queen and one king. There’s a bathroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. There was lots of communication from Sean and the management company he uses, and responses were fast. And we LOVED how simple the check out process was— 10/10. Safeway is a 4 minute drive down the road, if you’re not local, download the app & set up a grocery pickup to save time. The location was perfect…10 minute drive to Heavenly, 35 minute drive to Emerald Bay. We’d absolutely stay here again!!

The place was very clean. Has a wonderful dining table seats 13. I have no complaints. Very good accommodations.

Jennifer’s place was just as described, perfect for our group of 5 for everyone to have their own space. Great location right on Lake Tahoe and 5 min drive to the mountains and village. Amenities were close and accessible and perfect for winding down after long days in mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we are back in town!

we loved our stay here. beautiful surroundings and super conveniently close to a lot of things to do. everything was very clean and quiet. we were able to utilize the kitchen, as it was stocked with everything we needed cooking wise. the hot tub and fire pit were just the cherry on top to a perfect stay. 10/10

Five star all the way. Really amazing location, well maintained unit and John is responsive, communicative and professional to a T. We look forward to coming back to Tahoe and specifically renting this unit.

Mark was an amazing host. Very attentive and responsive. The location was amazing. Tucked away in the corner of the hotel. Easy to get to the local shops once you get orientated. Close to the lake and right next to the Heavenly gondola. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been going to Tahoe for over 25 years, and this was it! Beach a short walk, food and stores a short walk. Place was cozy! My family enjoyed the pool and spa. It was a bummer they closed it down the last 2 days for repairs, but we enjoyed it the first few days. Staff were friendly and overall, we really enjoyed our experience. Thank you for the amazing vacation. My daughter’s had a blast!

We stayed at the Jeffrey’s Hotel for one night and had a good experience. Everything was clean and in good condition. The kitchen could have been better equipped. I tried using the toaster and it started smelling and smoking a bit, but other than that we really liked it here (the beds are really comfortable), I just wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Fantastic condo!! We traveled with a group of 7 adults (2 brothers with wives, one adult grandchild, and 1 set of grandparents). The condo was perfect for our group, giving us all our own space to retreat to for sleeping, and also a large enough common space for all of us to hang out together! The condo itself is beautiful with high end finishes throughout. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen had great appliances and seemed to have most of what you might need to cook a bigger meal. The balcony overlooks the pool area, which can be a little noisy at times, but also provides lovely views of the mountains. The ski valet service was such a nice amenity. Not having to carry ski gear to the condo was a luxury we didn't know we needed! The condo complex is conveniently located directly across the street to Heavenly Village with easy access to the gondola and several shops and restaurants. The casinos are a short walk down the street as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

We rented a cabin on Air Bnb for a couple of days after Christmas. The cabin was very close to the sno parks that we wanted to visit. Lake Tahoe Accommodations was very responsive and I was able to message them on the app and also text them if I needed anything. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken so they didn’t close all the way but I told them right away and offered to fix it right away but I said it was ok since we were there only two days. The cabin is nice and cozy and clean. All bedrooms were clean and all bathrooms very clean along with the kitchen. The carpet was nice and clean and looked newer and was comfortable. The cabin has Amazon Fire tv so we were able to watch some movies with the gas fireplace on keeping us nice and warm. The kids were able to play in the backyard and the front yard making a track for their sled. Overall, the cabin was great and I would stay there again. Make sure you check for chain requirements whenever going to Tahoe.

Debbie is such a welcoming and sweet host. My boyfriend and I would absolutely stay with her again. She was so kind and accommodating with her place. We would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about staying here!

My boyfriend, sister, brother-in-law and I had a great stay, and I would definitely book this Airbnb again! We stayed for 2 nights for our snowboarding/skiing trip in Lake Tahoe. The home was cozy and clean, just like the pictures. I felt like it was plenty spacious for 4 people. The instructions to check in and out were easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay!

Place was cozy, comfortable and clean. Very close to the town and the lake.. The outdoor seating was excellent and our dog really enjoyed having freedom to roam in backyard and chase birds and squirrels! The cabin itself was cute too!

Jennifer and her place were both fantastic. First, communication with Jennifer was as easy as you can reasonably expect. She's very responsive and provides extra, helpful information as needed. Jennifer clearly cares about her place and, most importantly for travelers, your experience with her place so no hesitations in recommending her and her place. The location was perfect for us as we were just looking for a quiet place to play with the kids in the snow. Various shops/restaurants in SLT are nearby and easily accessible. Her place is far enough into the neighborhood to be away from the main traffic but not so far in as to require lots of additional driving off the main street. Thanks for letting us use your space for a bit Jennifer and we hope to be back!
