It's also within walking distance to downtown Sandpoint, making it ideal for strolling (or riding one of the two provided bicycles) to restaurants, bars and boutiques. The little Gem will fit 2 adults and a child comfortably. There is a futon for additional sleeping.

It's an easy walk/ride to downtown. Third Street Pier is close by to cool off on hot summer days. Mountain biking in Syringa is only a 10 minute ride and other options for mountain biking located close by as well. Schweitzer is about 20-25 minutes door to door. Public bus stop less than one block away.
