A spacious one bedroom apartment set in a quiet neighborhood! Guests enjoy a private entrance and free off-street parking. An easy drive to UNH (10 minutes), Portsmouth (15 minutes), the beach (25 minutes) and the mountains (45-60 minutes). The bedroom is fully renovated and has been soundproofed while the living room has not. Ceilings are 6'8" high. We live upstairs and have a boy (8) and a girl (2). We are a friendly family and want both of our experiences to be honest and happy.

Our home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are walking distance to downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence in 2009. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.
