New cabin with high standards in quiet surroundings. Located at the end of a cabin field without traffic, it's just as suitable for families as it is for the gang of friends. There is a road all the way up to the cabin all year, and good parking. This is a perfect starting point for tours in Jotunheimen and the surrounding mountains. In winter there is cross-country skiing right behind the cabin, and you can put on alpine skiing right outside the cabin door and run to the alpine resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

We live on a small farm with pets and a kitchen garden. On the outskirts of the yard on the farm there is a detached house from 1979. The house is family friendly and has a great view. It has 5 bedrooms and associated common rooms. With nature reserves and national parks around us on all sides, it is a good starting point to spend your vacation here. Great hiking terrain, short distance to Grimsdalen a mountain valley with free-range livestock and a rich plant and animal life. It is part of the Tour de Dovre cycling route.

Visit us in the mountains, at almost 1100 meters above sea level, and find tranquility.. Enjoy stunning views, hike (skiing or snowshoeing in winter) and finish with a delicious bath in Tyin. In winter, for the most adventurous, there is also the possibility of ice bathing! Afterwards, you can relax in the sauna (extra cost). The historical farm Nigard Kvarberg is beautifully located with a panorama view of Jotunheimen, in the middle of the vibrant and authentic cultural landscape of the mountain village Vågå. You will stay in Øverstuggu, one of about 50 buildings in the historical Kvarberg farm. The first floor is preserved as it was when the house was built, while the second floor is renovated securing our guests a comfortable stay. Welcome to farm!
