“This place made my jaw drop, as someone who has never been to Indiana. All I knew of Indiana was potential farm land, but then we stumbled upon this gem. Faye’s space was is huge, but also quirky with personal touches. The riverside patio under the moonlight is stunning, with the river rushing past. We saw swans, cardinals, and petting the little cat out back. It was quite lovely.”
This unique repurposed vintage vibe glamp camp was once an 80 year old chicken coop that set empty and unused for 2 decades. Styled to offer a comfortable overnight stay, featuring an adjustable full size bed . Large sliding barn doors open to an unmatched stunning view perched high above the Dowagiac creek. Views of nature and wildlife offer a unique vantage point to enjoy a quiet, peaceful night on the creek. Enjoy a firepit and smores, sit and listen to frogs and marvel at the fireflies!
“So, here it goes. Lynn and Jeff are hospitality rock stars! Honestly, they remind me of my parents and this is the 1st time i've felt the same level of passion for entertaining that i've been lucky enough to witness throughout my life. The impossible level of detail and design is not only beautifully bohemian but 100% functional in every way. We enjoyed 3 mornings of chef quality breakfast from raspberry cream cheese pancakes to a savory casserole. Not to mention a stocked fridge of water, assorted juices and cream for coffee. We arrived at 3, wandered around for a good 15 minutes with excitement, stumbling upon surprise after surprise! We were greeted by Lynn and Jeff, who appeared equally excited to share their space. You have to glamp here, the pictures do not convey the surroundings and just how much space there is to enjoy! There is kayaking, tubing and bikes to keep yourselves entertained, not to mention the fun of maintaining a super fun campsite. Oddly enough, I loved waking up and tinkering around with minor cleaning tasks, this place makes you want to keep it perstine! Kudos to Jeff and Lynn for creating this oasis, glamping done right!”
