Vacation rentals with beach access in Downtown Jersey City

we had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and public transport. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again in the future. If you need something, ask to Charlie or Diana. They always to help you.

This was a great stay and very conveniently located. We had easy access to the metro (3 min walk to the A line) for when we wanted to head into Manhattan, but also a parking spot for when we wanted to drive out to Long Island. The place itself was also spacious and comfortable.

This was a really great place to stay for my 3 day trip. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to get to the bus. Elyse was on top of communication throughout my stay and prior, and Kelly (co-host) whom I met upon arrival to the house was really kind and helpful. Kelly made sure I was comfortable and overall I would return or recommend to others!

The stay was exactly what we needed for our trip. There was plenty of room and the neighborhood felt safe. The owners are very quick to reply and helpful with their responses.

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . Very nice and clean space! It is on the third floor so there are stairs to be mindful of but overall, great stay for a quick business trip.

Just checked out. Wanted to say how hospitable and amazing the bnb was. We have a huge family and everything was perfect. Many memories from this house now especially the Wedding memories. Also thank you for being super flexible and understanding

We were in the area for the Five Boro Bike Ride and this place was great! It was very well equipped with lots of amenities we enjoyed eating out on the deck and walked one night to nice Mediterranian restaurant. The location for the ride was excellent. it was a 10 to 15 minute bike ride to the start and only 2 miles from the finish. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The icing on the cake was allowing us to return to the house to checkout after the race, especially as we got rained on and really appreciated a quick shower before our drive home. Highly recommend!

Daniel was a thoughtful host and made his apartment a great home away from home. The beds were comfortable and he had provided thoughtful touches and amenities that guests might need. Parking was easy, and he had even offered to move his car when our guest arrived. It was easy to walk to the beach or to the ferry to Manhattan. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would stay here again on our next visit to family.

Ann Marie is a wonderful host, her home is beautiful and we were happy to spend our 2nd Thanksgiving there. Our family felt right at home, close to all we needed. Thanks Ann Marie.
